Teacher Training Program

200-HOUR ASHTANGA AND VINYASA FLOW YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive program designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence for your yoga self-practice and to teach classes based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and Vinyasa Flow. In this yoga teacher training, we focus on the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga, not just on the Asana practice, but also on philosophy, pranayama and meditation techniques.

Upon completion of this yoga course, you can register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200

300-HOUR VINYASA FLOW YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

If you already completed a 200-hr YTTC and are looking forward to enhance your teaching skills, then our advanced 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for you. This course places major emphasis on Vinyasa yoga practice, hands-on adjustments and Vinyasa sequencing principles. The philosophy classes are based on the Bhagavad Gita and its applications in our daily life. In our 300 hour YTTC, you will study and practice different pranayama, metaphysical meditation, and chakra and kundalini meditation techniques, yoga nidra and practical applications of functional and comparative anatomy. Our 300 hour yoga teacher training is one of the best yoga teacher training courses in India.

After completion of this program, you can become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT- 500) with Yoga Alliance.
