Basic course is not only designed for beginners but also for elderly people as it has simple asanas and breathing techniques which can be practiced by everyone. Students once after the completion of the course can practise it for a lifetime to stay healthy. (Minimum 10 sessions)
Advanced Self Learning Course:
Students who enroll for the Advanced Course will be able to learn the intermediate asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques. Students will start to notice the difference in 2 to 3 weeks of time. We also guide you through healthy eating habits. This program of self learning can be used for life time to maintain good fitness and health for both body and mind.
