Salangai Pooja is a primary accomplishment in every dancer’s journey where a dancer completes the base level of competency and is performed on an auspicious day. Salangai Pooja is very significant for every student as they can adorn the Salangai after offering to Lord Nataraja & their respective Guru to seek his blessings to proceed with the forthcoming performance. Nrittayoga also organizes live stage events for the students to exhibit their talents.
“Arangam ” means the stage and “Etram ” means the climbing up. Arangetram is the essential accomplishment where every classical dancer goes through a tremendous training with great devotion and discipline in learning the unification of Ragas, Thaalam, Natiyam & Bhavam and they exhibit their complete talent. Nrittayoga is a place which has supported many students to realise the proud moment through the Arangetram and has enriched the life of every classical dancer.
